Call Centre Agent of the Month

A large part of what we do is about improving the customer experience; so when we experience excellence ourselves we like to recognise it.

Each month, we present an award and small thank you, to the best example of a contact centre agent we encounter.

Every call we make is assessed, using a system honed over the years we have been shopping for general insurance; the winners are judged from this shortlist. From 2008, we are combining our objective and professional views, with real customers' opinions about the service they received.
