Renewal Behaviour Insight

Our parent company IPT owns the UK's largest online research panel. We leverage this leading research capability to survey consumers about their behaviour and motives, during renewal of motor and home insurance. Once a quarter we interview 1,000 consumers who have recently renewed their home insurance and another 1000 who have renewed their motor insurance to gain their feedback on what they did, and why.
